Qualifications

4+ years of compensation experience.
Experience with cyclical compensation work (market study, survey analysis, annual bonus programs, etc.). Workday experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with and analyzing large datasets.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and support global compensation programs.
Advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies and job analyses.
Contribute to and/or lead development of compensation educational materials and process improvements.
