Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a U.S.-based Senior Vice President, Global Compensation to own worldwide compensation strategy, governance, and program design, including U.S. delivery.
You will align business and talent strategy with global job architecture, salary structures, pay equity, and analytics, partnering across Finance, Legal, Tax, Equity, and People teams. You will lead multi-year forecasting, ensure global pay transparency, and drive modernization with AI-enabled analytics while maintaining
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience, including leadership of complex, multi-country programs.
- Experience leading global compensation programs, salary structures, and governance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certification welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Provide precise and practical governance for global compensation principles and decision rights.
- Lead the design and execution of annual compensation cycles, budgets, and policy alignment.
- Partner with Executive & Equity Compensation, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and People Analytics to ensure integrated programs.
- Advance pay equity, transparency, and compliance across regions.
