Responsibilities

Lead the evolution and execution of global compensation strategy and guiding principles.
Oversee annual planning, merit, promotions, bonus planning, and salary structures.
Lead equity planning and administration with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Ensure global compliance and governance for compensation regulations and pay transparency.
Evolve job architecture, salary structures, and career frameworks across regions.
Drive policies, templates, playbooks, and SOPs for compensation operations.
Partner with People Systems to optimize Workday and related compensation tech.
Lead and develop the global compensation team; cultivate cross-functional partnerships.
