Job summary

Veeam Software in the United States is seeking a Sr. Director of Global Compensation to design and evolve our compensation framework across the globe, partnering with leaders in People, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal.

This role applies AI/analytics to modeling, oversees annual cycles, equity programs, benchmarking, M&A workstreams, and ensures pay equity while complying with global regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading compensation programs in large global technology organizations, public and private.
• Proven ability to design and implement compensation strategies for a globally dispersed workforce.
• Exceptional analytical depth with ability to model and derive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive compensation practices across our global workforce, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
• Design and administer compensation programs: annual salary reviews, short- and long-term incentives, equity refreshes, and promotions.
• Keep compensation programs compliant with internal policies and global regulations, including pay transparency readiness.
