Chainlink Labs seeks an experienced Compensation Lead to own broad-based compensation programs across offers, promotions, and salary structures in a global, remote-first environment.

You will design, benchmark, and optimize pay strategies, partnering with People Partners, Finance, Legal, and HRIS to ensure equity and market competitiveness using data-driven methods and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of broad-based compensation experience in a global org.
• Proven ability to own compensation programs across offers, promotions, cycles, pricing, and salary structures.
• Strong benchmarking and market-pricing expertise using major surveys/datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and evolution of broad-based compensation programs across offers, promotions, cycles, market pricing, and salary structures.
• Lead global initiatives on pay equity, job architecture, workforce planning, and compensation design.
• Build compensation models, dashboards, and analyses to inform business and People decisions.
• Lead benchmarking, survey participation, job matching, market pricing, and pay competitiveness analyses.
• Review complex offers and escalations across levels, functions, and markets with clear recommendations.
• Partner with People Tech on migration to Pay data infrastructure and tooling.
