Job summary

Morbark is seeking a Global Compensation and Analytics Manager to lead our compensation strategy, analytics, and governance for a global workforce. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive pay, equity, and data-driven decisions.

You will manage one direct report and drive Workday HCM, compensation, and analytics capabilities. The role combines strategic compensation expertise with hands-on HR management for Corporate employees, supporting multiple countries

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
8+ years in HR, compensation, analytics, or total rewards.
5+ years supporting global or multi-country programs.
Workday HCM, Compensation, and/or reporting experience required.
Experience building compensation structures, salary ranges, and annual processes.
Experience with dispersed workforce across countries.
Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development and administration of global compensation programs and policies.
Partner with HR leadership to execute global compensation strategies.
Manage annual merit increases, salary planning, and incentive programs.
Perform complex compensation analytics and data-driven recommendations.
Develop dashboards and executive presentations for decision making.
Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on planning and governance.
Lead the compensation data standards, governance, and controls.
Provide HR leadership to Corporate employees and leaders.
