Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Global Compensation and Analytics Manager to lead strategy, governance, and analytics for a global workforce. You will partner with HR and Finance to drive equitable pay and competitive structures across multiple countries.

Responsibilities include annual compensation cycles, market pricing, and the development of executive-ready dashboards and insights for leadership. A strong data-focused mindset and Workday expertise are required.

Qualifications

The candidate should have 8+ years of progressive HR, compensation, analytics, or total rewards experience.
Minimum 5 years supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
Experience developing and administering compensation structures, salary ranges, and market pricing.
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce and collaborating with leaders across countries.
Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead global compensation strategy, programs, analytics, and governance.
Serve as the primary HR business partner for Corporate employees and leaders.
Develop and maintain compensation analytics, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Lead annual compensation processes, merit increases, and budget/financial analysis.
Collaborate with Finance and HR to align compensation with business needs.
Oversee data standards, governance, and controls to ensure accuracy and equity.
