Job summary
Alamo Group seeks a Global Compensation and Analytics Manager to lead compensation strategy, governance, analytics, and organization-wide pay decisions. You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant programs across a global workforce.
You will oversee job architecture, market pricing, annual processes, and data-driven decision-making, while mentoring one direct report and driving Workday HCM, compensation, reporting, and analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in HR, compensation analytics, or total rewards.
- Global or multi-country compensation program experience required.
- Workday HCM/Comp/Reporting experience required.
- Professional certifications such as CCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead global compensation programs, policies, and market-pricing practices.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop global compensation strategies.
- Oversee annual compensation processes, merit increases, and budget analyses.
- Conduct complex workforce analyses and translate findings for leadership.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
