Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking a Global Compensation and Analytics Manager to lead worldwide compensation strategy, analytics, governance, and programs. You will serve as the primary HR business partner for Corporate employees and collaborate with HR, Finance, and executives to ensure competitive, compliant programs.

You will oversee pay structures, data-driven decision making, and annual processes while guiding a small team and coordinating across global offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR, compensation, analytics, or total rewards experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
• Workday HCM, Workday Compensation, and/or Workday reporting experience required.
• Experience developing and administering compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture, market pricing, and annual compensation processes.
• Experience leading a geographically dispersed workforce and working with leaders across multiple countries.
• Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation programs, policies, processes, salary structures, and market-pricing practices.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute compensation strategies supporting growth and equity.
• Own annual compensation processes including merit increases, salary planning, and incentive programs.
• Provide analytics, dashboards, and executive-level insights to inform decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop one direct report and collaborate with global HR teams.
