Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Lead to shape our worldwide pay strategy and framework across regions. You will partner with HR leadership, Finance, and business units to design salary structures, bands, and job architecture while ensuring equity and competitiveness.

You’ll lead market data initiatives, manage vendor relationships, model budgets, and deliver reporting to executives.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a global/high-growth tech or financial services company.
Strong expertise in job architecture, market benchmarking, pay grades, and compensation frameworks.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS/compensation tools (Workday a plus).
Experience influencing senior leadership on compensation decisions.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate strategically and tactically.
Strong communication and presentation skills to explain data clearly.
Consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, pay grades, and bands across regions.
Manage job architecture, leveling, and evaluation processes for global consistency.
Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation.
