Corient Services LLC is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Associate to lead international reward frameworks. You will design, analyze, and optimize compensation programs, partnering with Global Finance, HRBPs, and leaders to balance competitiveness with regulatory compliance.

The role demands strong analytical skills, Workday expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights under tight timelines, while supporting equity and cash structures.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of dedicated, progressive compensation analysis experience in financial services.
• Hands-on Workday (Workday Compensation) experience to manage global salary/incentives.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of global cash structures, bonus pools and equity award mechanics.
• Experience with market survey databases (McLagan, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).

Responsibilities

• Build, audit and maintain complex models to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Use Workday to manage salary structures, grade profiles, and merit cycles; automate insights.
• Lead market benchmarking and produce self‑service reports for stakeholders.
• Design international base salaries, incentives, and deferred equity structures.
• Provide data-backed guidance to HRBPs and Finance; ensure robust bonus accruals.
• Drive time-sensitive global compensation cycles from budgeting to implementation.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear narratives for leadership.
• Maintain governance and documentation for global reward structures in compliance with laws.
