Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years in HR/compensation/analytics or total rewards.
  • Experience with global compensation programs and multi-country environments.
  • Workday HCM, compensation, and reporting experience required.
  • Experience leading or coaching teams in a corporate, global setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and governance of global compensation programs, policies, and market-pricing practices.
  • Partner with HR leadership to drive global compensation strategy and workforce planning.
  • Manage annual compensation processes, merit increases, and budget analyses.
  • Conduct advanced compensation analytics and translate findings into actionable guidance for leadership.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to inform executives on pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure data accuracy and governance across locations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives leveraging Workday HCM, compensation, and analytics capabilities.
