Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead and drive global business leadership for a major account.

You will build and sustain executive relationships, manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects, and engage virtual resources to ensure customer success. You will partner with AWS senior leaders for sponsorships, coordinate executive reviews, and maintain high customer satisfaction across the account.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology related sales or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses.
• 10+ years of technology related sales or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, including CxOs.
• Collaborate with customer IT and Network teams to align across business groups.
• Build and maintain relationships, develop opportunities, monitor deployments, engage virtual resources.
• Define executive relationships within the account and coordinate executive business reviews.
• Demonstrate autonomy and judicious decision-making in customer engagements.
• Lead negotiations and closing of legal agreements such as EAs and PPAs.
