Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks a Client Strategy Executive to oversee strategic, enterprise-level support for designated clients, ensuring service quality and operational performance within program standards.

You will develop strategic client relationships, coordinate resolutions, and collaborate with sales and support to demonstrate value and grow the business. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Experience in strategic client-facing roles and financial industry.
• Experience with FSM or QSR POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the total client relationship for assigned accounts across Global Payments products and services.
• Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalations.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify service needs to improve delivery and reduce costs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and communicate needs internally.
