Qualifications

• Proven leadership in media, advertising or sales with global accounts.
• Experience managing CPG or Beauty advertisers, with a deep understanding of their business, marketing, and media challenges.
• Proven C-suite relationship management and business development expertise.
• Strong people management skills, ideally leading global teams.
• Experience in strategy development, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of global media landscape, regional nuances, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build, shape, and execute a global strategy, vision, and success metrics for a key account.
• Drive revenue growth, expanding direct partnerships with top global advertisers.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, positioning TikTok as a key strategic partner.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to align global strategies with regional market execution.
• Negotiate Joint Business Partnerships (JBP) agreements, ensuring alignment with client and internal objectives.
• Use data and analytics to build consultative solutions that maximize client impact.
• Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Consumer, Content) to drive TikTok’s global business objectives.
• Represent TikTok at key industry and client events.
• Lead a globally distributed team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
