TikTok's Scaled Growth Team is seeking a results-driven marketer in New York to drive new client acquisition through SMB agency partnerships. You will manage a broad book of agency partnerships, grow revenue, and support direct sales with scalable propositions.

Based in New York, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and deliver high-quality client engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management
• Experience in marketing/social media/advertising industry with strong digital ecosystem knowledge
• Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnerships role
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar - be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies
• Make your own discoveries - understand TikTok products, processes and tools, escalate and troubleshoot agency issues
• Assume ownership - work with SMB agencies to optimize TikTok campaigns at scale
