Job summary

Pfizer seeks a CFC Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of our CRM platform for global HCP/HCO-facing colleagues. The role reports to the CRM CFC Business Product Leader within the CMO and involves shaping a next-generation, AI-enabled experience.

Responsibilities include prioritizing opportunities, partnering with UX/design, and delivering agile enhancements while measuring business impact against market objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product.
• Experience with B2B/B2C tech/SaaS and end-to-end product ownership.
• Experience with privacy and healthcare data landscape at scale.
• Ability to manage complex, global programs and stakeholder tradeoffs.
• Strong writing, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to market objectives.
• Own outcomes and drive measurable business impact.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead product demos for sales/medical/KAM personas and gather requirements.
• Write PRDs and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Plan for global scalability and data standards; support UAT and training.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate build/buy options.
