Qualifications

• Proficiency with PCs and pertinent software.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents.
• Experience calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative systems and ensure accounts operate within policies.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements.
• Coordinate risk and regulatory compliance activities with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Research and resolve control and client service issues promptly.
• Interact with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions.
• Handle account administration tasks including cash flow, fees, and reporting.
• Assist in client-facing sales calls and prepare fee proposals.
