Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience
• OR combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year related experience
• High level of proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software
• Prior experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents
• Prior experience calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems to ensure accounts meet policy guidelines.
• Review and comment on operative documents for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
• Resolve issues related to control and client service for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions promptly.
• Perform account administration tasks including cash flow, fee billing and reporting.
• Participate in sales calls and prepare fee proposals to support new business.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and referrals.
• Implement fee adjustments and monitor aged receivables with Fee Billing.
• Represent GCM at closings and client meetings; support documentation and initiatives.
