• Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, making recommendations regarding design and administration of trust accounts
• Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities
• Foster client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Manage relationships with internal and external service partners
• Develop and maintain industry knowledge applicable to the business
• Adhere to corporate policies and risk controls
• Provide support and mentoring to assigned staff
• Promote M&T Bank's risk and regulatory standards and internal controls
