Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager II to acquire new accounts, identify key prospects, and meet with decision makers to assess customer needs. You will drive revenue growth by offering Amcor’s packaging solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams across strategic markets.

The role targets national/international North American sales with a focus on closing new customer deals and expanding the Amcor portfolio. Some travel is required as part of market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably in packaging.
• Experience in large-scale B2B environments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new accounts by executing on leads from marketing.
• Identify prospects, contact decision makers, and arrange meetings to assess customer needs.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by offering product and service solutions.
• Penetrate target markets and manage 5-10 leads at once.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support opportunities during onboarding.
