Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) II to acquire new accounts, drive revenue, and manage relationships across North America. The role involves pursuing prospects identified by marketing, engaging decision-makers, and closing new business opportunities within the Amcor portfolio.

You will work market-facing with cross-functional support from R&D, Marketing, and Field Service, coordinating strategies for growth, onboarding, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management in B2B environment.
• Experience in large-scale business-to-business environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically & internationally ~60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and closing deals.
• Prospect for new customers and manage 5–10 leads simultaneously.
• Coordinate with Marketing to identify action items and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and account success.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and weekly leadership reporting.
