Zoom is seeking a senior partnerships professional to spearhead its entry into the global BPO market. You will own the full pursuit lifecycle, from initial engagement through signed partnerships, and then hand off to the field for ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within CCaaS/UCaaS or contact center technology
• Proven track record sourcing and closing complex partnerships with large outsourcers or MSPs
• Deep understanding of BPO operating models and how outsourcers procure platforms
• Experience negotiating volume licensing, outcome-based pricing, and multi-tenant requirements
• Strong executive presence with ability to build C-level relationships globally
• Familiarity with Zoom's CX portfolio or equivalent platforms
• Self-starter in a net-new market with milestones measured by MBOs
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Partner Programs, and Field Sales

• Identify, pursue, and close BPO partnerships globally with large outsourcers
• Own the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding partners
• Position Zoom's CX portfolio as the platform of choice for BPO operations
• Navigate BPO partner needs including scaling, reporting, pricing, and certifications
• Collaborate with CX Product, Partner Programs, and Operations to shape BPO offerings
• Build business cases for ROI of Zoom CX platform for BPO leadership
• Track pipeline, forecast deals, and report milestones to Channel and CX leadership
• Refine BPO-specific programs with pricing, certifications, and enablement content
