You will supervise Client Account Analysts, drive monthly close, ensure timely deliverables, and mentor staff while promoting best practices across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in a billing function within a law or professional services firm is required.
• Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (Elite/Aderant) essential.
• Advanced experience with e-Billing applications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Billing and Reporting with best-practice processes.
• Supervise Client Account Analysts and provide guidance and coaching.
• Oversee monthly billing close and resolve issues escalated to leadership.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments aligning with client expectations.
• Track metrics and oversee complex monthly reporting for clients.
• Support project management initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
