Job summary

You will backfill a critical responsibilities area within the Prosper Team, working hybrid in the San Mateo office, with opportunities to influence benefits strategy and improve employee experience for international programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supporting benefit programs.
• Experience with international group benefits implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead international group benefit implementations in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and the Netherlands
• Ensure international benefits and leaves compliance
• Manage international group benefit renewals in India and the UK
• Oversee international leave administration
• Manage broker and insurer/vendor relationships
• Manage annual international benefit overview sessions
• Escalate employee inquiries/issues for international benefits
• Partner with People, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Communications, and Legal teams
• Provide ad hoc support for U.S. benefits and Proactive Care initiatives
