RTX is seeking a senior Benefits Leader to design and govern non-US benefits programs with strong cross-border governance. You will partner with US HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compliant, harmonized regional plans while managing vendors and regional budgets.

The role emphasizes international benefits expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a complex global organization. Remote-ready, US-based position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of international benefits experience with focus on Canada and/or Latin America.
• Experience designing benefits for globally mobile employees (expats, inpatriates, cross-border).
• Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations with governance and policy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of non-US benefits programs across regions.
• Partner with U.S. HR and Legal, Payroll, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop governance frameworks, reporting, and analytics for regional strategies.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and conduct RFPs to harmonize global solutions.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise leadership on regional impact.
