Job summary

Rippling in Seattle seeks a Manager, Implementation (Benefits) to lead a global team of 5–7 Benefits Specialists. You will drive BenAdmin/Global BenAdmin implementations, coordinate with product, sales and engineering, and shape deployment playbooks.

You will mentor and scale a high-performance team, craft documentation, and ensure adoption of benefits products across US and international customers. This is a strategic, visibility role with growth opportunities within Rippling's Benefits

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a 5–7 person team in a SaaS environment.
• Strong experience implementing BenAdmin, Flex, COBRA/ACA.
• Ability to coordinate with product, sales, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, hire, and lead a global team of Ben Admin product specialists.
• Drive an implementation team to meet productivity, project, and CSAT goals.
• Design and revise docs to enable team success.
• Streamline Direct and Broker BenAdmin implementation experiences.
• Collaborate with product and sales to build BenAdmin qualification processes.
• Support global BenAdmin product launches with training content.
• Represent CX voice for Benefits across US and global teams.
• Coordinate with insurance ops, product, and engineering to fix bugs.
• Serve as a connector between engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Leads may personally engage in customer implementations when needed.
