Job summary

Procore is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to lead strategy, design, and execution of benefits programs across all regions. You will partner with People, Legal, and Finance to manage performance, budgets, and scalable solutions for health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing.

You will mentor a team of benefits professionals, oversee open enrollment, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-efficiency while expanding benefits globally in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in global benefits, total rewards, or HR disciplines within a high-growth or public company environment.
• Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and multi-country international benefits programs.
• Proven analytical and financial acumen, with data-driven budget planning and cost utilization analysis.
• Demonstrated capability in negotiating vendor contracts, leading RFPs, and vendor performance management.
• Experienced team leader with mentoring skills and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap across all locations.
• Manage vendor, broker, and consultant relationships, including negotiations and renewals.
• Partner with Finance to forecast expenditures and evaluate cost-utilization trends.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and international standards.
• Oversee annual open enrollment, plan design changes, and cross-functional configurations.
• Design localized benefits frameworks for new regions as Procore expands.
