Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to own a region of countries within its international benefits program. You will design, launch, and manage health, ancillary, workers’ compensation, and retirement offerings and ensure accurate payroll integration across multiple markets.

This highly autonomous role collaborates with Brokers, Carriers, Product, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Implementation, Support, and Sales to ensure compliant, scalable benefits within the Rippling

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global benefits or in-house HR/benefits within fast-paced orgs.
• Deep knowledge of international benefits incl. health, ancillary, workers’ comp, retirement, and statutory programs.
• Ability to own complex workstreams from strategy to execution.
• Strong PM skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making.
• High ownership and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benefits lifecycle for assigned countries, including strategy, plan design, launches, renewals, pricing, and vendor management.
• Lead market research to define competitive, compliant, cost-effective offerings per country.
• Independently manage broker and carrier relationships, onboarding, contract negotiation, KYC, billing & ongoing performance.
• Own renewal process for assigned countries, including timeline, pricing, plan changes, approvals and execution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on system design, configuration, enhancements, and country launches.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Operations to ensure enrollment, billing, payments, and tax processes are accurate.
• Educate internal teams on country-specific benefits landscapes and program details.
• Anticipate downstream impacts of policy changes and identify dependencies and risks.
• Build processes and tooling to support scale, accuracy, and efficiency across global benefits.
