Job summary

ALO is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager, International to shape and scale global benefits programs as the company expands internationally. You will partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, and global brokers to launch benefits in new countries, build scalable processes, and enhance the employee experience for a growing global workforce.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits, insurance markets, and broker/carrier negotiations.
Experience leading benefit implementations, annual renewals, and vendor relationships.
Demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary benefits lead for an assigned international region, partnering closely with regional HR teams and business leaders.
Develop and execute international benefits strategy with the Director of Global Benefits.
Lead annual renewals with brokers to evaluate market trends, benchmark benefits, and negotiate plan design.
Develop executive presentations supporting benefit design, budget planning, and international expansion.
Own end-to-end implementation of benefits programs for new countries and vendor transitions.
