Associated Press seeks an International Benefits Lead to shape and deliver competitive benefits for employees outside the United States. You will partner across the organization to ensure programs are compliant, sustainable and employee-centric, guiding global mobility and total rewards strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant international benefits and global mobility background.
• Experience with multi-country regulatory environments and vendor management.
• Ability to translate complex programs into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead international benefits programs covering health, retirement, wellbeing and local benefits.
• Manage renewals, market reviews, plan changes with brokers and vendors.
• Evaluate costs, utilization and trends to propose improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, governance and compliance globally.
• Lead mobility programs: assignments, relocations, localization and immigration coordination.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and Payroll for a consistent employee experience.
• Provide expert guidance on international benefits to HR partners and leadership.
• Drive cross-functional projects, policies, processes and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data for better decision making.
