Job summary

Assembled Intelligence is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist to drive administration and evolution of employee benefits across US and UK regions. This role targets a detail-oriented professional with 5–7 years of experience to support a dynamic, global organization.

The candidate will manage enrolments, vendor relationships, compliance, and benchmarking, leveraging HRIS tech and benefits platforms, while enhancing the employee experience across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of US and UK benefits programs and enrolment processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms.
• Experience partnering with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Strong analytical skills with benefits data.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer US and UK employee benefits programs.
• Manage eligibility, enrolments, life events, terminations, and inquiries.
• Support annual open enrolment and renewals.
• Ensure accurate processing of elections and changes.
• Audit enrolment data, auto-enrolments, payroll deductions.
• Coordinate vendor platforms and data feeds with HRIS/payroll.
• Provide employee support and create communications.
• Support compliance and governance with regulations.
• Benchmark benefits and analyze utilization.
• Prepare reporting on enrolments, costs, and vendor performance.
