Job summary

DDN is seeking a Head of Global Benefits to architect and执行 a scalable global benefits program. You will shape the strategy, design benefit plans, and oversee vendor relationships across diverse markets while balancing experience, cost, and compliance.

The role requires hands-on execution and leadership in a decentralized environment. You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR Operations, and regional teams to deliver consistent, localizable benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading benefits in a global, multi-country organization.
• Experience managing multi-country benefit execution with small teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits plus international programs across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
• Experience navigating entities, EORs, and varied local employment structures.
• Strong governance, renewals, plan design, and vendor/broker management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global benefits strategy and framework.
• Own design, implementation, and ongoing management of health, retirement, leave, insurance, wellbeing, and other programs.
• Lead annual renewals, enrollment, and vendor changes with cost-conscious optimization.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements while aligning with global philosophy.
• Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and regional teams to deliver consistent experiences.
• Manage a small team responsible for global execution.
