• Experience with US benefits and at least one additional geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evaluation, and evolution of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Oversee benefits administration, governance, and vendor partnerships.
• Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, and HRIS to support system changes and reporting.
• Manage annual enrollment strategy and employee experience.
• Drive global benefits strategy development and cross-region coordination.
