• Over 12+ years in international total rewards or benefits design.
• Experience influencing across global, matrixed organizations.
• Deep expertise in health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellbeing, governance, and compliance.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead international benefits strategy across regions outside the U.S.
• Design, implement, and optimize benefits programs for diverse regulatory environments.
• Provide strategic guidance to regional Total Rewards leaders and HR partners.
• Scale global benefits operations for efficiency and consistent execution.
