WD is seeking a Director, Benefits to lead global benefits and wellbeing programs, with accountability for US/EMEA and governance for APAC. This high-visibility role partners with HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors to attract and retain talent in a global workforce.

Responsibilities include end-to-end US benefits strategy, renewal processes, regulatory compliance, and cross-regional governance to ensure programs are compliant, market-competitive, and aligned with WD's Total Rewards

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing US benefits programs in a large, complex organization (5,000+ employees).
• Experience managing EMEA benefits across multiple countries.
• Strong working knowledge of US benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Proven ability to lead vendor negotiations, RFPs, and contract management.
• Experience designing or managing employee wellbeing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases and present to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and administration of US benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSAs/HSAs, 401(k), leaves, and voluntary benefits.
• Oversee annual US benefits renewal process: vendor selection, RFPs, cost modeling, executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and federal/state requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on plan documents, SPDs, and 5500 filings.
• Provide strategic oversight and governance for EMEA and APAC benefits initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, cost efficiency, and service delivery across regions.
