Job summary

Deckers Brands, Goleta, California, seeks a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to manage and optimize employee benefit programs across multiple countries. You will lead APAC renewals, coordinate Canada benefits, and oversee expatriate and mobility benefits, partnering with payroll, finance, and vendors to ensure compliance and excellent employee experience.

Strong analytical and project management skills, cross-cultural communication, and experience with Workday are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional Employee Benefits designation such as CEBS, CBP or IFEBP is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years in employee benefits, HR operations, or related field, with global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute global and APAC plan renewals, programs, and new plan implementations.
• Manage Canada benefits administration, compliance coordination, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee expatriate health plans and Global Mobility benefits; track enrollments and terminations.
• Oversee global benefit programs including EAP, travel insurance, and expat health plans; manage invoicing and vendor coordination.
• Support benefits reporting, Workday setup, data accuracy, and communications across time zones.
