Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to manage employee benefit programs across multiple countries and drive a compliant, employee-centric experience. You will lead APAC renewals, oversee Canadian benefits, and coordinate expatriate and global mobility benefits while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze benefits data, ensure governance, and support benefits communications, systems, and projects.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional designation in benefits (CEBS/CBP) is a plus.
• 5+ years in employee benefits or HR operations, global/multinational preferred.
• Experience with APAC or international renewals, vendor management, and data analysis.
• Experience with leave administration for NA (US/Canada) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global and APAC plan renewals and new plan implementations.
• Act as project manager tracking tasks, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Participate in renewal meetings, analyze costs, and update contracts.
• Prepare leadership summaries and maintain governance files.
• Manage Canada benefits administration, compliance, and vendor partnerships.
• Administer healthcare, HCSA, and retirement programs including enrollments and payroll.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, vendors, and teams to resolve issues.
