Job summary

Commercetools is seeking a Senior Manager, Global BDR Function & Operations to lead and scale our BDR organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will report to the CMO and drive predictable enterprise pipeline growth through global outbound motions, standardized playbooks, and hands-on leadership of the global BDR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Business Development
• Hands-on mastery of modern sales tech (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, intent data, conversation intelligence)
• Proven track record leading distributed BDR/SDR organizations across AMER, EMEA or APAC
• Experience partnering with Marketing Leadership to convert demand into qualified enterprise opportunities
• Experience in enterprise eCommerce, headless commerce, or digital experience software

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the BDR organisation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Report to the CMO and drive enterprise pipeline growth with global outbound motions and standardized playbooks.
• Lead global BDR function aligned with demand generation campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define SLAs, funnel velocity, lead scoring, and inbound strategies.
• Own global team metrics and provide data-driven reporting to executive leadership.
• Manage regional BDR teams and foster high‑performance leadership.
• Design and maintain a single global BDR playbook for multi‑channel outreach.
• Collaborate with People to support onboarding and structured certification milestones.
• Work with RevOps to optimize tool adoption and AI-driven workflow efficiencies across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, 6sense.
