Job summary

commercetools is seeking a Senior Manager, Global BDR Function & Operations to lead and scale our BDR organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will report to the CMO and drive enterprise pipeline growth by implementing outbound motions, standardizing playbooks, and partnering with RevOps and Marketing.

You will own global BDR metrics, manage regional teams, and design career paths with clear compensation frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS business development.
• Experience leading distributed BDR/SDR teams across regions.
• Proven ability to partner with Marketing Leadership (CMO/VPs) to convert demand into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global BDR function across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Partner with Marketing to align BDR with demand gen campaigns.
• Define SLAs and optimize funnel metrics with RevOps.
• Own global BDR playbooks and multi-channel messaging.
• Report to executive leadership with data-driven insights.
• Foster high-performance regional BDR teams.
