Job summary

commercetools is hiring a Senior Manager, Global BDR Strategy & Operations to scale our BDR org across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. The role reports to the CMO and sits on the Marketing Leadership Team, driving enterprise pipeline through global outbound motions and standardized playbooks.

You will lead regional BDR teams, define SLAs with RevOps, monitor funnel velocity, and deliver direct reporting to executive leadership. In-office role with Boston or London offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS business development and leadership.
• Proven track record leading distributed BDR/SDR teams across regions.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing Leaders (CMO/VPs) to generate pipeline.
• Hands-on mastery of modern sales tech and funnel analytics.
• Curiosity for AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global BDR organization across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Partner with RevOps and Marketing to align SLAs and funnel metrics.
• Own global team metrics and provide data-driven reporting to execs.
• Manage regional BDR teams and retention strategies, career paths.
• Design and maintain a global BDR playbook for multi‑channel outreach.
• Collaborate with People and RevOps on onboarding and tool adoption.
