Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of Genius and other solutions to restaurants, retail, and service SMBs. You will manage a field-based pipeline, build relationships with business owners, and present value-driven solutions both in person and online.

You’ll work with a District Manager to identify opportunities, schedule appointments, and close deals in a fast cycle. This role requires 75% field time and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable building relationships and selling face-to-face and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show how Genius helps businesses.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in short cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including notes and follow-ups.
