Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius and other payments solutions for SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

You will own a robust pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking, delivering consultative presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits. You will collaborate closely with your District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle,

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable building relationships.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven with a team-oriented mindset.
• Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners.
• Comfortable spending 75% of the time in the field with a valid driver’s license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius® and Global Payments solutions to SMBs in restaurant, retail, and service.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show benefits.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close deals.
• Maintain pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups.
