Job summary

Uber is seeking a Program Leader to launch and evolve Remote Assistance (RA) across a global portfolio of AV partners. You will build high-performing teams, manage infrastructure, vendor ecosystems, and the operating model to support millions of users worldwide.

You will drive product-like operational improvements, own roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and rapid change. Expect travel and deep collaboration with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or operations management, including launching new markets or standing up operations.
• Direct experience managing vendors or BPO partners—sourcing, contracting, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong ability to operate in high-tempo, ambiguous environments and influence roadmaps without formal product title.

Responsibilities

• Stand up RA Operations for new AV partners, manage labor, infrastructure, and readiness.
• Oversee vendor ecosystem: onboarding, lifecycle management, SLAs, and compliance across markets.
• Drive product-by-operations: translate field signals into prioritized roadmap and integration improvements.
• Align stakeholders across partner ops, internal teams, and vendors with competing priorities.
