Job summary

Ladders seeks a Program Lead, AV Remote Assistance Partner Enablement to drive the launch and scaling of remote assistance operations for autonomous vehicle partners. The role emphasizes translating field feedback into scalable playbooks and operational improvements across markets, with remote US-based operations and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or operations management, launching new operations or markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing vendors or BPO partners, including sourcing and compliance.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Background in high-tempo operations such as network operations centers or dispatch.
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps without a formal title.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead remote assistance operations for new autonomous vehicle partners, ensuring readiness across labor, infrastructure, and technology.
• Manage the vendor ecosystem, including selection, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Drive product improvements by collaborating with tooling development teams and prioritizing operational needs based on field feedback.
• Align diverse stakeholders, including partners and internal teams, to manage competing priorities and risks effectively.
• Create scalable playbooks for operations that can adapt to varying partner requirements and markets.
