Responsibilities

• Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for a strategic business portfolio.
• Translate business strategy into scalable capability-building initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enablement solutions at scale.
• Establish quality governance, scorecards, and KPIs aligned to outcomes.
• Lead a team of Enablement Program Specialists and partner with global functions.
