Job summary

Kinly, a leading AV and unified communications integrator, invites applications for a Project Coordinator to support the project management team from Wall, NJ, Thousand Oaks, CA, Tampa, FL, or other US locations. This full-time role involves coordinating tasks, handling communications, and assisting in the creation of room profiles and service orders.

You will work with Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Logistics to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer coordination role within a technical environment
• Background supporting project-based activities
• High attention to detail and highly organised
• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external tasks to installations and room relocations
• Receive and distribute emails to Project Management staff daily
• Support Operations Leadership with meeting notes and follow-up actions
• Assist Project Managers on assigned open projects
• Collaborate with Operations Business Units and backfill resources as needed
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Logistics teams
• Assist Field Resources Management and Customer Service with client site visits
• Submit HR Visit Request letters for security-cleared locations
