Job summary

Kinly’s Global Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our global team supporting the project management group with customer follow-ups and data entry. This full-time role offers hands-on coordination across installations and room relocations, with emphasis on attention to detail and strong organisation.

Based in Tampa, FL, or other US locations, you will interact with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery, meeting minutes, and material orders while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer coordinator role within a technical environment.
• Experience supporting project-based activities.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external tasks for installations and room relocations.
• Receive and distribute incoming emails to Project Management staff.
• Support Operations Leadership with meeting notes and follow-ups.
• Support Project Managers on open projects.
• Assist in backfill resource assignments across units.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Logistics.
• Assist in coordinating customer visits with Field Resources.
• Submit Visit Request letters for client locations requiring security clearance.
