Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support logistics, planning and coordination across the project lifecycle. You will work with Sales and Technical Operations to prepare kick-offs, track equipment, procurements and vendor coordination, and help with project closeout.

This is a virtual U.S. position with standard hours 9-5 PST; preferred time zones MST/MT or CST/CT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative or projects-related role.
• Proficient with MS Office; MS Project is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with sales, PM and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review orders/contracts for compliance; coordinate with sales and PM.
• Provide administrative support to Tech Ops and project teams.
• Coordinate with AR staff for regular project billings and invoices.
• Assist PMs with change orders and BoM management.
• Coordinate onsite deliveries and project documentation.
