Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an experienced AV Project Coordinator to support a Unified Communications program from Arlington, VA. The role combines remote work with periodic onsite visits to manage conference room AV deployments and related activities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and communicate with vendors and end users to ensure on-time project delivery and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting AV hardware and conferencing technologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with government environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conference room AV installations across departments.
• Manage communication between vendors, internal teams, and end users.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Track AV equipment deliveries and installation schedules.
• Serve as main contact for departments impacted by deployment.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables, escalate issues as needed.
